Important: All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. For refund requests, please contact Apple directly through your App Store account.
Virtual Currency & Items
Our games may include virtual currency (such as coins or gems) and virtual items. You acknowledge that:
- Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value
- Virtual currency and items cannot be exchanged for real money
- We reserve the right to modify, manage, or eliminate virtual currency at any time
- Virtual items are licensed, not sold, and remain our property at all times
User Conduct

Our games and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for any loss of progress, virtual items, or data resulting from technical issues, device failures, or account terminations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, One Cedar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of our games or website.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
