Terms of Use

The App

Golazo lets you predict the scores of World Cup 2026 matches, earn points for accurate predictions, create and join private prediction leagues, and compare your results on leaderboards. Match schedules and results are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Golazo is not a gambling, betting, or real-money wagering service, and no real-money prizes are offered.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Golazo. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your Account & Content

You are responsible for the display name, avatar, and league names you choose. You agree not to use names or content that are offensive, infringing, misleading, or unlawful. We may remove content or restrict access if these Terms are violated. The display name and avatar you select may be visible to other members of leagues you join and on in-app leaderboards.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Golazo offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, Golazo Premium (monthly), and a one-time Super Fan purchase. The following terms apply to auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price disclosed at the time of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. The one-time Super Fan purchase is a single charge and does not auto-renew. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Golazo on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the app except as permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

Golazo, its design, logos, and content are owned by One Cedar and protected by intellectual property laws. Team names, tournament names, and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Golazo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA or any football governing body.

Match Data

Match schedules, scores, and standings are obtained from third-party data providers. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions made based on this data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Golazo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Cedar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Golazo.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Golazo at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Golazo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
